These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zilla Trainer ("Zilla," "we," "us," or "our"), a fitness coaching platform available at zillatrainer.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a trainer account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Zilla provides tools for fitness professionals to manage clients, build training programs, track sessions, handle nutrition planning, schedule bookings, and share programs with their clients. Clients access training content, log workouts, and communicate with their trainers through the platform.
Paid services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method at each billing cycle. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects based on your location.
You may change your client seat quantities or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Trainers are solely responsible for the training programs, nutrition plans, and advice they provide to clients through Zilla. Zilla is a tool — we do not review, endorse, or assume liability for any content trainers create or any training guidance they provide. Trainers must hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for their jurisdiction.

The Zilla platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Training programs, session content, and media you create through Zilla remain your intellectual property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
Your use of Zilla is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Zilla integrates with third-party services including Paddle (payments) and Cloudflare (content delivery). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not liable for any third-party service disruption.
Zilla is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Zilla after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, though we may retain data as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
